Piran is one of the loveliest towns along the Adriatic coast & sits at the tip of a narrow peninsula. Its Old Town is a gem of Venetian Gothic architecture. Ljubljana is Slovenia's vibrant, charming capital city with fabulous architecture, an inviting riverside promenade and overlooked by a castle on the hill. Lake Bled is a photogenic lake resort huddled in the foothills of the Julian Alps with a church-topped island & cliff-hanging castle.

On the other day tour, we saw the Postojna Caves, an enthralling underground world & the cave castle of Predjama.
