JANUARY - A SENSE OF SPACE
DECEMBER - CAMERA MOTION
For the non-photographer viewers, these images were all done through camera motion, i.e., 'jiggling', zooming, or panning the camera while the shutter is clicked. The results are awesome (however, it usually takes about 20 or so tries before you get a result that you like).

The 3 non-travellers this month, ie Kas, Joe and me, chose Summer as the theme. Judy & Carm were on the east coast of Canada/US while Julian & Maggie were in Peru, so we are treated with topics relevant to their travels.

FEBRUARY - BUILDING STUDY
Eclectic group of images. My selection is Sts. Cyril & Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church. I was grateful that I was invited to photograph the interior. Maggie's group represents buildings from 4 different islands on their Caribbean cruise; Carm and Judy's are primarily of churches and temples; Kas has a sequence from The Grainery in Halifax; Julian's are of a study of an inside of an eclectic building - the Gallery Inn - San Juan, Puerto Rico (https://juliansalephotography.smugmug.com/Web-Albums/Gallery-Inn-San-Juan/ ); and last, but not least, Joseph presents a barn study from Halton.

January 2017 was certainly a challenge for a "winter" theme given the lack of snow replaced by gray skies, rain and foggy conditions. But, as this collection of images show, we all met the challenge with creativity.
