Dubrovnik is a beautiful city that has  15th century fortifications encircling the city, which is 1.5 kilometers long, & a lovely harbour.  Our hotel had a huge terrace that overlooked the harbour & the old city.  Montenegro is a stunningly beautiful country with its dramatic scenery of mountains, fiords & forests.  We booked a day-long tour of Kotor Bay from Dubrovnik.

Korcula Island is a charming, laid-back place with an atmospheric Old Town.
