There are 3 chateaux (Milandes, Hautefort & Castlenaud) in Perigord and nearby regions. The first images are in Chateau des Milandes, which was owned for many years by Josephine Baker, an American born French dancer, actress & dancer. They host an awesome daily falconry show at the back of the chateau.
Marquessac Gardens include a large section of beautiful sculptured bushes and trees and offer amazing views of the valley below as well as the village of La Rocque-Gageac.
